Dr. Pendleton is a licensed mental health counselor with diagnostic privilege (LMHC‑D) and over a decade of experience supporting adults through healing, growth, and emotional transformation. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling, and a B.S. in Community Health Education.
Her clinical approach is warm, person‑centered, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence‑based practices. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and professional wellness. With advanced training in substance use counseling (CASAC II), she integrates a holistic understanding of mental health, behavior, and human resilience.
