These fees are not covered by insurance and are the responsibility of the client.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, D.P. Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC maintains the following missed appointment policy:
Late Cancellation Fee — $100
A fee of $100 is charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
No‑Show Fee — $100
A fee of $100 is charged when a client does not attend a scheduled appointment and does not provide notice.
Insurance Does Not Cover These Fees
Aetna and Carelon Behavioral Health do not reimburse for missed appointments. These fees are the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the practice.
How to Avoid Fees
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify the practice at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the fee.
Important
The missed appointment or late cancellation fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Coverage varies by plan. Most plans cover:
Intake sessions
Psychotherapy sessions (45 or 60 minutes)
However, each client must contact their insurance carrier directly to confirm:
Whether outpatient telehealth behavioral health services are covered
Whether substance use counseling is covered
Their copay for each session
Their deductible amount
Their coinsurance percentage
Whether any pre‑authorization is required
The duration of an engagement with D. P. Infinite Solutions, LLC varies depending on the complexity of the project. We work with clients on both short-term and long-term projects.
Yes. If your plan requires a copay, coinsurance, or deductible, you are responsible for that amount.
Copay: A fixed amount you pay per session.
Coinsurance: A percentage of the session cost after your deductible is met.
Deductible: The amount you must pay out‑of‑pocket before insurance begins covering services.
